Share

I already paid for AM, when will I receive my refund?
Refund options will be available at the beginning of September.

I already booked housing, do I need to call and cancel?
If you reserved a room in the OTA room block through the OTA approved housing bureau, Conference Direct, your reservation has been automatically canceled and a cancelation notification sent to the email on file. Those who booked a room outside the OTA room block are responsible for canceling their reservations. Contact spellman@ota.org with any questions relating to housing.

What happens if I already booked airline reservations?
If you purchased airfare or other travel arrangements, please contact the airline or travel company directly to discuss cancellation.  OTA will not refund individual airline tickets or travel costs.
