Early Career Resources provides guidance for new practitioners in the first few years. Initiated by the Young Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeons (YOTS) Committee, you can find information on social events, mentorship opportunities, and other relevant resources. YOTS is an initiative to aid residents, fellows, and early career physicians in becoming more engaged in the OTA.
