Will there be an Exhibitor component on the virtual platform?
Yes, OTA will provide an exhibitor platform opportunity that will be available over the course of the meeting.  As we continue to plan for the virtual meeting, more information will be available via the website.

Will there be online exhibits, sponsorship, and industry session opportunities with the virtual meeting?
Yes! Details will be available in August. Please contact gangler@ota.org for additional information.

Will there be opportunities for industry partners to continue to support education?
Yes, for our industry partners who have generously supported OTA through educational grants, we hope that we can still count on you to help us bring this exciting programming to our attendees.  Please contact Emberton@ota.org for more information.

I already paid for a booth in the exhibit hall, what’s next?

Industry Partners Pivoting To Virtual
Industry partners who previously selected a booth space to exhibit at the meeting in Nashville, TN and wish to exhibit at the 2020 OTA Virtual Annual Meeting will have the following options in the event there are unused booth fees:

  1. A credit of unused booth fees towards other 2020 Annual Meeting industry participation
  2. A credit of unused booth fees towards 2021 Annual Meeting industry participation
  3. Refund of unused booth fees

Industry Partners NOT Pivoting to Virtual
Industry partners who previously selected a booth space to exhibit at the meeting in Nashville, TN and that do not plan to participate in a virtual OTA Virtual Annual Meeting have the following option for their unused fees:

What are the exhibitor and sponsorship packages for the Virtual Meeting?
More details regarding booth fees, industry sessions and sponsorship options will be available the beginning of August.

I already booked housing, do I need to call and cancel?
If you reserved housing at the Omni Nashville, Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown or the Westin Nashville through the OTA room block, your reservation will be canceled.  Those who booked a room outside the OTA room block are responsible for canceling their reservations.

What happens if I already booked airline reservations?
If you purchased airfare or other travel arrangements, please contact the airline or travel company directly to discuss cancellation.  OTA will not refund individual airline tickets or travel costs.

What should I do if I booked a meeting room at the Omni Nashville? 
All ICW meetings have been cancelled by the Omni, however, if you would like to receive confirmation of this cancellation from the Omni, please reach out to Laura Sawyer / laura.sawyer@omnihotels.com
