Breast Cancer Prevalence in Female Orthopaedic Surgeons

This survey will evaluate the prevalence of risk factors associated with breast cancer in female orthopaedic surgeons and will encourage and contribute to a safer workplace. This current survey is a follow-up to a previous study demonstrating  a 2.9-fold increased prevalence of breast cancer in female orthopaedic surgeons, compared with a similar age and race matched cohort of women in the general US population. Target population: All female member surgeons (International and Domestic), including residents.
