SURGICAL SUITES
OTA is excited to be offering a Surgical Suite this year!
Host your own cadaveric product demonstration or training workshop in the exhibit hall. 90 Minute hands on sessions are available throughout show hours. Highlight your product(s) through an in-depth presentation and cadaveric dissection. Session hosts select and organize the session content and faculty.
FEES & INCLUSIONS
Fee: $20,000
Fee includes:
- Basic A/V package (laptop, monitor and lectern microphone)
- (1) 20-amp electric drop with power strip at each station
- Room set to includes tables, chairs and lectern, and a registration/check-in table outside of the lab room
- Visqueen on tabletops and floors
- Mini C-arm
- Registration and promotion services
- Specimen coordination, PPE and biohazard waste disposal
- Pre-meeting electronic registrant list (name only)
Fee does NOT include:
- Additional audio-visual equipment such as microphones and tech support during your session
- Cadaveric specimens. Please note that due to the complicated logistics of the Surgical Suites, all specimens must be ordered through the OTA Selected specimen company.
- Electricity above and beyond what is outlined above
- Lead retrieval scanners are encouraged and are the responsibility of the company to secure and pay for separately. Scanners are the only way you will receive direct contact information for the surgeons who attend your session.
- Equipment such as ultrasounds.
Once you have confirmed your session, OTA staff will provide you with a set-up form to complete and will provide you with a list of resources and contacts. Confirm your session with Jennifer Gangler at gangler@ota.org
Please Note:
Your session information will NOT be posted on the Annual Meeting website or mobile app until the 50% deposit has been received.

There will be one Surgical Suite scheduled during each of the times below. Please note that there may be other activities taking place in the Exhibit Hall or elsewhere in the convention center.
