YOTS Mentorship Program Process
- Must be an OTA member and complete application.
- Target audience as follows:
- Mentees - Fellows to first 5 years in practice
- Mentors - 7 or more years in practice
- Application and Program Timelines:
- Applications will be accepted in late Spring
- Matches will be assigned before the OTA Annual Meeting
- 1 year commitment
