The deadline for all presentation submissions was February 3, 2021 and the submission site is now closed. Notifications of acceptance will be sent mid-April 2021.
Meeting registration will be available in late May.
OTA COVID-19 INFORMATION CENTER
As the world continues to make positive strides to end COVID -19, we want to do our part by continuing to aid in the reduction of the spread. We look forward to meeting in Ft. Worth, Texas- safely. We will be implementing a series of policies and procedures to ensure that we keep our attendees and staff safe while still providing an engaging conference experience where our community can reconnect after a long period of separation.
OTA is monitoring the ongoing developments and policy changes and will follow policies and safety precautions in place at the time of the conference. We are working closely with our meeting planning professionals to ensure a safe environment that meets local, state, building, and CDC procedures. An outside vendor will be hired to assist with COVID onsite safety guidelines.
