Dr. Flemming is being recognized for recently receiving the 2019 AOF Distinguished Military Service Award. This award was to be presented to an active United States Military practicing physician. This award was established to honor outstanding osteopathic physicians who have made significant contributions to the practice of military medicine and who have served as exemplary role models for other physicians.
