The purpose of this study is to determine where the US healthcare system is in terms of treating proximal humerus fractures. Additionally, a secondary endpoint of the study is to identify any regional or training-specific trends in decision-making. As such, we feel the study would be more impactful if it was limited to domestic OTA users.
