2020 ePoster Information

For publishing purposes, the poster upload must be a PDF file at highest resolution possible.
The aspect ratio (ratio of width to height) should ideally be set to '16:9'
The complete poster is limited to one slide only. That means one single page for your PDF file.
Fonts should be sans-serif (e.g., Arial, Calibri, etc.)
Minimum font size should not be smaller than 6pt
A HEADING that includes the title, authors, and affiliation.
Include FDA Approval Notice as well as Financial Support Disclosure.
Graphs and images can be embedded into your poster; but no video or animation.

September 25	Accept Your Speaker Invite Presenting Authors received a personalized email on September 18th. The email contains instructions to log into the Speaker Management Site and accept or decline their poster invitation. If you have any questions regarding your invitation, please contact ota@ota.org.
October 2	ePoster Submission Deadline All ePoster submissions must be uploaded to the Speaker Management Site. Please review the Poster Guidelines outlined above.
October 2	Copyright/Permissions Read through the content in this task and electronically sign the document.
October 2	Poster Audio Deadline You have the option to add audio to your poster. Attendees will hear the audio when they view the poster and it creates a more personal and engaging experience. Detailed instructions are included with the task in the Speaker Management Site.
October 2	Profile Info and Photo Upload a current photo and include your professional information.
