- January 26 - 5pm CST: Abstract submission closes
- Early April: Abstract notification sent to the corresponding author
- Mid-April: Presentation confirmation with required speaker agreement forms sent to the presenting authors, moderators and faculty
- May: Annual Meeting registration opens
- June: Instructions for poster presentations, PDF upload and new technique videos sent
- July 1: Late breaking unblinded abstracts due
