In collaboration with the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society (RJOS) the 2023 OTA Specialty Day features an interesting and relevant agenda for trauma experts, generalists and international attendees. The program focuses on DEI health disparities research as well as early career investigator research and will showcase top research studies from the 2022 Annual Scientific Meeting.

- Identify achieving equitable surgical care for patients who face systemic barriers.
- Apply prominent recent studies in the orthopaedic literature to enhance decision-making and maximize outcomes in fracture management
- Respond to intimate partner violence at crucial moments and summarize its relevance to orthopaedic trauma
