Discounted room rates have been secured for the conference at area hotels for OTA attendees. ConferenceDirect is the only approved housing agency for the OTA 37th Annual Meeting.  If you are contacted by anyone other than ConferenceDirect, do not reserve with them; they are not endorsed by OTA.

CHANGES

Your reservation acknowledgment will provide detailed instructions and appropriate links needed to make any changes to existing reservations. Through October 7, 2021 changes can be made online or by contacting Conference Direct at (877) 632-8165. After October 7, 2021, contact your hotel to make changes.

CANCELLATIONS

Through October 7, 2021, all cancellations must be made online or by contacting Conference Direct at (877) 632-8165.

After October 7, 2021, all cancellations need to be made directly with your hotel. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation notice is received by hotel at least three (3) working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
