Through October 7, 2021 changes can be made online or by contacting Conference Direct at (877) 632-8165. After October 7, 2021, contact your hotel to make changes.
CANCELLATIONS
Through October 7, 2021, all cancellations must be made online or by contacting Conference Direct at (877) 632-8165.
After October 7, 2021, all cancellations need to be made directly with your hotel. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation notice is received by hotel at least three (3) working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
