OTA seeks applicants to serve as the associate member and OTA representative to the International Comprehensive Classification of Fractures and Dislocation Committee (ICCFC). This group is a joint endeavor between AOTrauma and the OTA. Its purpose is to maintain and update the OTA/AO Fracture and Dislocation Classification Compendium on a regular basis to ensure it meets the current needs of its users and integrates current understanding of commonly occurring fracture patterns. The Associate Member is appointed by the OTA Board of Directors and will work with the Senior OTA ICCFC representative in collaboration with members appointed by AOTrauma to review and update the 2018 Fracture Compendium and associated materials.

Key Qualifications
- This individual will be integral in all aspects of review of 2018 Fracture Compendium and the preparation and publication of 2028 Fracture Compendium.
- Active member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association.
- Minimum 4-5 years in clinical practice as orthopedic trauma surgeon.
- Demonstrated experience with clinical research, fracture classification using the AO/OTA classification, and database management.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Ability to meet at least two times per year in-person and/or virtually in North America, at AAOS and OTA annual meetings. Some additional travel may be required.
- Interest in a long-term commitment (5-year term) with opportunity to renew for additional terms upon approval by the OTA Board of Directors.
- Able to meet during working hours in North/South American time zones.
- Ability to commit approximately 1-2 hours per week and participate in a monthly 1-hour Zoom or Teams conference call.
