(a) approval of the October 2023 Business Meeting Minutes
(b) member vote to approve the 2024 Nominating Committee slate of candidates (procedures outlined in the OTA Bylaws)
(c) approval of the proposed bylaws revision (addition of a Student Member category, minor clarification to the nominations process)
