Grading Periprosthetic Fractures of the Distal Femur Following Total Knee Arthroplasty

Two widely used classifications exist to grade periprosthetic fractures of the distal femur. Our study aims to compare the intraobserver and interobserver reliability of the Lewis and Rorabeck Classification and the Su and Associates Classification. We ask that observers grade the following radiographs of 40 patients with periprosthetic fractures of the distal femur according to these classifications.

Target: OTA faculty members that are trauma fellowship or arthroplasty fellowship trained
