The YOTS Early Career Mentoring Program offers early career surgeons the opportunity to be paired with mentors and obtain mentorship in early career development.
Mentorship focuses on the following:
- Career Advice
- Work/Life Balance
- Navigating Current Career Goals
The goal of the program is to facilitate relationships between early career orthopaedic trauma surgeons and mid to late career surgeons with the aims of navigating workplace challenges, career strategizing, and receive advice on transitioning from trainee to attending.
Next round of applications for the YOTS mentor/mentee will be open in late Spring.
