The YOTS Early Career & Resident Mentoring Program offers the opportunity to be paired with mentors for personalized 1:1 mentoring and is designed to offer guidance, support and opportunities to help participants succeed.
Mentorship focuses on the following:
- Career Advice, Planning and Job Search
- Work/Life Balance
- Navigating Current Career Goals
- Fellowship Guidance
- Research Support
- OTA Involvement Opportunities
The goal of the program is to foster connections between early-career orthopaedic trauma surgeons and residents with experienced early to mid to late surgeons in practice.
Next round of applications for the YOTS Mentorship Program will be open in early June.
