description
Having effective strategies to manage the challenges of a successful orthopaedic trauma practice are essential for sustained, long-term success. We all face physical, mental, and emotional challenges that impact our well-being. These challenges compound over time, causing pain, and turning us from thrivers into survivors. To counter the ill effects of factors out of our control, we can turn our attention to positive, individual techniques to improve our well-being. This webinar will focus on practical strategies and life hacks for the orthopaedic traumatologist to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being inside and outside the OR.
