Resident Advanced Trauma Techniques Course - Offered in May 2018

Course is presented in six (6) separate small group modules, with twenty residents and three (3) experienced faculty educators per module. The modules will have a rapid-fire series of mini-lectures, an extensive open case-based discussion, video demonstrations of techniques, and hands-on skills lab exercises. Modules will cover advanced trauma techniques among six topics: Diaphyseal, Foot & Ankle, Knee, Pelvis/Acetabulum/Hip, Upper Extremity, and Complications/Challenges.

We encourage PGY 4-5’s to attend, as well as others who can benefit.

Residents Comprehensive Fracture Course -  Offered Fall 2018 and Spring 2019  

Mark your calendar for the OTA Resident’s Comprehensive Fracture Course!
The course is taught in small group modules and includes mini-lectures, extensive case-based discussion, video demonstrations of techniques, and hands-on skill labs. Fundamental principles of fracture care are covered including these topics: articular, diaphyseal, foot and ankle, geriatrics, paediatrics, and polytrauma/pelvis/acetabulum.

PGY 1-4’s are encouraged to attend, as well as others who can benefit. Scholarships are available!
