Register for the Annual Meeting and Pre-meeting events. 

Podium and poster presenters, as well as breakout faculty, must register and pay to attend the annual meeting.

All meeting events will take place at the Gaylord Palms.  There are two ways to register.

Mailed registrations must be postmarked on or prior to October 1, 2018

Registration increases $100.00 USD for each meeting event after October 1. Register on-site after October 12, 2018. 

Refunds: OTA office must receive written notice of cancellation for a refund less a $100.00 USD processing fee. No refunds after October 17, 2018.

Invitation Letter -  Provided for attendees who need a general invitation letter to attend the meeting. Attendees must register to attend the meeting.
