Position Description:

In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the Orthopaedic Trauma Nurse Navigator is responsible for supporting the orthopaedic trauma patient throughout the continuum of care, from ER to discharge follow up; functioning as a patient advocate, liaison, and educator.

QUALIFICATIONS:  BSN Required, Masters preferred.  Two years clinical nursing experience—Orthopaedic trauma experience preferred.  Connecticut Nursing License

The Yale School of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation is a leading provider of patient care, education, and surgical innovation.
