Position: NURSE NAVIGATOR--Orthopaedic Trauma Nurse Navigator
Hospital/Institution: The Bone and Joint Institute at Hartford Hospital, Hartford Healthcare
In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the Orthopaedic Trauma Nurse Navigator is responsible for supporting the orthopaedic trauma patient throughout the continuum of care, from ER to discharge follow up; functioning as a patient advocate, liaison, and educator.
QUALIFICATIONS: BSN Required, Masters preferred. Two years clinical nursing experience—Orthopaedic trauma experience preferred. Connecticut Nursing License

We seek a physician for a full-time faculty position with interest and expertise in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery. Responsibilities will include clinical service, teaching, and research activities.
Applicants must be board-certified Orthopaedic surgeons with fellowship training in orthopaedic trauma.
