Regional Director of Orthopedic Trauma Services

As Regional Director of Orthopedic Trauma, you will oversee the highly visible, multi-hospital, hub-and-spoke Orthopedic Trauma Program at Trinity Health Of New England. You will lead, inspire and grow our team of fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons and specialists who share the same vision and values of excellence in patient care. This is an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate your clinical, academic and leadership expertise as you participate in trauma research and the education of residents and medical students in our state-of-the-art facilities. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a Level I Trauma environment and be capable of managing a diverse team of orthopedic surgeons and advanced practitioners. Previous leadership experience is preferred.

The Yale School of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation is a leading provider of patient care, education, and surgical innovation. We seek a physician for a full-time faculty position with interest and expertise in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery. Responsibilities will include clinical service, teaching, and research activities.
Applicants must be board-certified Orthopaedic surgeons with fellowship training in orthopaedic trauma.
Academic appointment will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
