I am an OTA member and am starting a level II private practice trauma program in Pomona, CA. I am looking to hire one to two partners to join me to cover the entire trauma at a new trauma designated hospital; a 450 bed hospital that is the primary one in the area. It is located in Los Angeles county and 30 minutes from downtown.
My goal is to get a few great traumatologists to help create a new private practice trauma program with some focus on academics. Our goal would be to bring high level, evidence based, well done trauma to a catchment area of 1 million people who deserve this. We are starting with a great amount of hospital support with very little commitment back to them.
An ideal partner would be one that is a few years out and one new fellow grad with a focus on trauma complications, acute high level trauma including pelvic/acetabular cases. US grads preferred.
